Each kit is custom-created by Chef Jay each month and includes some of her favorite dishes with photographs and instructions created by Jess Canose

APRIL 2026 MEAL KIT IS HERE!

Our April meal-kit offers three popular North Indian dishes combining baingan bharta with tadka dhal, rice and aloo gobi.  Dhal chaval (dhal & rice) is comfort food and a common everyday fare in many North Indian households, while baingan bharta is a versatile dish which can be paired with rice or eaten with bread/chips as a snack/appetizer.  Aloo gobi (potato & cauliflower), a dry vegetable side dish, is a delicious & flavorful accompaniment to dhal chaval and a favorite of some Popping Mustard Seeds fans!
