Indian Cooking Class Kit for the 5-Week Course

Class Dates: March 17, 24, 31, April 7, 14 2026, 5:00 - 6:30 pm

Once again, we’re excited to offer dry ingredients for the Virtual Hands-on Cooking Class! Packaged and labeled for each of the five weeks, this provides the convenience of purchasing Indian ingredients typically sold in larger quantities at grocery stores.

What You’ll Need for the Class:

From Your Kitchen (typically):

  • Salt

  • Oil/Butter

  • Baking Soda

Additional ingredients you’ll need to purchase from the grocery stores:

  • All produce

  • Dairy

  • Some of the ingredients from the Indian store such as: Coconut, Cilantro, Curry Leaves, Green Chili & Dosa Batter.

  • Dates/Times: March 11, 12, 16 or 17 Between 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Parking: Street parking available on Tennyson Ave., Lytton Ave., and other nearby streets. The closest parking lot is Soldiers & Sailors Parking Garage on Bigelow Blvd.
